How do I know if it is charging or fully charged?
There should be a flashing blue light on the battery indicator and it will turn solid light when fully charged.
Why does it make a beeping sound?
It could be that the device is out of power. Please fully charge the unit and see if the beeping stops. If not, please contact customer support for assistance. You may refer to the User Manual or the box on how to contact Lunix customer support.
Why can’t I feel the heat?
Allow some time for the heat to become noticeable after turning on the hand massager. Additionally, the body may adapt to the temperature over time, making it harder to feel the heat sensation. Consider using a glove to increase the heat effect.
Where can I get a replacement charging cable?
You may use any Type C USB cable to charge the device. Make sure that the plug does not exceed 5V 2A. You may also refer to the User Manual or the box to see more information on where to get the replacement cable
Does it have a rolling massage?
No. The LX7 hand massager only uses air compression to apply pressure on the hand and wrist. The airbags inflate and deflate, applying pressure on acupressure points, which relieves muscle tension and promotes relaxation while improving circulation.
